POTTERY
I create functional pottery, sometimes verging into the functional-sculpture realm, influenced by nature.
Terra is a pitcher that is made out of stoneware, Underglaze, Glaze and 22k Yellow Gold. Terra measures 13” Tall X 9” Wide X 6.5” Deep.
Method: All of my pottery is handmade using highly durable stoneware and food safe glazes. Some pieces may utilize mason stains in the clay body to change its color. Under a clear glaze, or any glaze, these are totally food safe. No two pieces are alike! Whether it’s slight variations from the movements of my hands or variations in the glaze. This is what makes hand made work so enjoyable. I even think it makes your food and drink taste better! :)

Care: All pottery is microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe. (Unless otherwise noted - such as a more sculptural or decorative piece). To note - as with any ceramic or glassware piece, moving them from extreme temperatures could produce thermal-shock, which can cause the piece to crack, so please allow some time for pieces to warm up or cool down slowly.
If several pieces are purchased, then I will calculate actual shipping and provide a refund if possible.
