Abstract wood art made from a tree root and a barn wood elm base with a cherry inlay. The woods behind my wife's farm had some cutting done one summer. I saw some tree roots poking out of the dirt and this one caught my eye. It looks nothing like when I first had it. many hours of sanding and shaping to produce what you see now. The piece is attached to the base with metal rods. Called "Angel" as it reminds me of the creatures from the anime Evangelion.
